Prosperity, victory, peace, love, and bliss are your birthright. Somewhere along the way you forgot this. Now is the time to remember and fight for your rights - be your own lawyer or at least do a jailbreak and break free to experience the blessing of life again!
I read an article recently in which it was stated that "Recession is a fear-based reality."
In today's complex world of finance, this does not hold true. The author of that statement is basically referring to what know in Economics as The Paradox of Thrift, in which the populace migrates towards the mentality of the "saver," no longer spending money on useless things. In a society dependent on consumerism for growth and stability this could indeed create a recession. But what we have today is far more serious and far more sinister.
The down-cycle we are experiencing in today's markets is a meticulously orchestrated scheme in which the elite (the ultra-elite Illuminati, that is) is intent on unscrupulously transferring wealth from the middle-class, and even upper middle-class, to the elite few. If you research the Great Depression of 1929 you'll see it was a carefully executed ploy by the banking cartel to create a collapse which allowed them, such as the Rockefellers, to reap incredible profits.
No amount of positive thinking will prevent this recession from happening. This is not an un-spiritual statement. Spiritually, it is karma based. Perhaps it will give the general populace a new perspective on life, that is, living within one's means without debt and attachment to things.
One should nonetheless focus on the solution. However, most people have dug themselves so far in debt that very few agreeable solutions exist. Claiming bankruptcy, loosing one's house, selling one's belongings...these options may be the only solution for many people. Hence, I don't agree with sugar-coating the reality of what will transpire in the not-too-distant future.
Spending more money to keep the economy afloat is insane, for, as I mentioned, the current state of affairs is a carefully orchestrated scheme perpetrated by unscrupulous people. The sane solution is too live beneath one's means for the next few years, sell what you don't need, have a stockpile of food ready, and invest in gold. As for myself, I am considering buying a 50 acre plot of land in Central America, where I can teach yoga, grow organic food, and live off the grid for a while in a holistic way. Canada may be relatively safe, as they have a lot of resources to back up their economy, but I recognize what will happen in the US. They are trillions of dollars in debt - in fact, the country is basically bankrupt, and their currency is worthless paper, backed by nothing.
As far as what I have just stated, it is not fear-based thinking, it is reality-based thinking. How one approaches the facts determines whether they, themselves, are fear-based. As for myself, I recognize the reality of the situation and act accordingly, without fear. Certainly, many people will respond with fear, but that is simply a reflection of their own consciousness. An enlightened being treats good and bad, pain and pleasure, life and death equally. An unenlightened person will re-act and become fearful, frightened and confused, while a Buddha merely acts in a relaxed way, for he knows that Heaven and Earth, and all things eventually find the Middle Way.
Blessings,
Sevara
